COD reconciliation
Match cash-on-delivery orders with collections, returns, and carrier fees.
Sales → COD reconciliation is the cash-on-delivery ledger. Use it to see what the carrier collected, what was refunded, and what you should receive.
When to use it
Run reconciliation at the end of a carrier settlement period, or whenever you need to answer:
- How much cash did we collect on delivered orders?
- Which orders were refused or returned?
- What carrier fees are we paying?
- What is the net amount due from the carrier?
- Did every canceled or returned order restore its stock?
Filters
- From and To — order dates.
- Status — all statuses or a specific order status.
The summary updates with the filters.

Update a carrier fee
- Find the order in the table.
- Edit the Outbound carrier fee.
- Save.
The net remittance recalculates immediately.
Restore missing stock
If a canceled or returned order has not restored its stock, the page shows a Missing stock restoration panel.
- Review the listed orders.
- Select Restore stock.
This restores the variant quantities and records the inventory movement. Use it when a cancellation or return was processed before stock restoration existed, or when a restore failed.
