Settings
Configure the store, domains, integrations, account security, billing, and API keys.
Store settings live under Settings in the admin sidebar. The available sections depend on your role.
Store
Settings → Store contains the store profile:
- Store name and slug — the slug is used in the default storefront URL.
- Currency — the base currency for prices, shipping, and reports. DZD is the default for the Algerian market.
- Logo — used in the admin and on the storefront.
- Primary color — the storefront accent color.
- Currency formatting — thousands separator, decimal separator, and number of decimals, with a live preview.
- Delete current store — permanently removes the store. Only the Owner can delete a store, and the action cannot be undone.
Changing the slug changes the default storefront address. Custom domains are unaffected.
Storefront domains
Settings → Domains connects custom domains to the storefront.
- Select Add a domain.
- Enter a domain or subdomain, for example
shop.example.com. - Create the TXT record shown in the dialog at your DNS provider.
- Select Verify domain.
- Set the domain as Primary if the store has more than one.
Customers reaching a connected domain see this store's storefront. Removing a domain makes it stop resolving to the store. The storefront also uses the store's API key; manage it under API.
Integrations
Settings → Integrations connects external channels. WhatsApp is available when the platform enables it:
- Connect with Facebook (Embedded Signup) or enter the WhatsApp Business Account ID, phone number ID, access token, and display phone number manually.
- The connection shows its status: connected, pending, reconnect needed, disconnected, or error.
- Disconnect the account to stop sending WhatsApp messages.
WhatsApp is used for COD order confirmation and shipping updates when the feature flag is enabled.
Shipping
Settings → Shipping sets per-wilaya delivery prices. See Shipping and delivery.
Members
Settings → Members invites teammates and manages roles. See Team and permissions.
Account
Settings → Account manages your personal account:
- Profile — photo, first name, last name, and email.
- Email verification — the status of your sign-in email.
- Phone verification — submit the store's Algerian mobile number for review. While SMS verification is being rolled out, a platform administrator reviews it manually. The status is Not submitted, Pending review, or Verified.
- Password — change your password. Use at least 8 characters.
- Two-factor authentication — enable an authenticator app, scan the QR code, verify a 6-digit code, and save the backup codes. Backup codes are shown once.
- Delete account — send a confirmation email and then delete the account. Order history and invoices are retained for accounting. If you are the only owner of a store, transfer ownership or delete the store first.
Notifications
Settings → Notifications controls:
- Order notifications — new orders and status changes.
- Customer notifications — new customer registrations.
- Inventory notifications — low-stock and out-of-stock alerts.
- Browser notifications — push notifications when the dashboard is not open.
Enable browser notifications in the browser when prompted. The in-app notification tray has filters for orders, customers, and inventory, and supports marking items as read or deleting them.
Plan and billing
Settings → Billing shows the current plan, usage, and available upgrades.
- Current plan — plan name, price, trial or period end, and limits.
- Usage this month — orders, SMS segments, products, seats, domains, and API keys. Orders and SMS reset at the start of each UTC month.
- Plans — compare limits and request a plan change.
- Payment required — when a platform invoice is due, download the invoice, follow the payment instructions, and upload a transfer or payment receipt for review.
- Scheduled changes — downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current period and can be canceled before then.
Current plan catalog (prices in DZD per month):
| Plan | Price | Orders/month | Products | Seats | SMS segments/month | API keys | Custom domains |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free | 0 | 15 | 100 | 1 | 10 | 0 | 0 |
| Starter | 2,500 | 150 | 1,000 | 2 | 50 | 1 | 1 |
| Pro | 6,500 | 500 | 5,000 | 5 | 250 | 5 | 1 |
| Business | 14,900 | 1,000 | Unlimited | 10 | 500 | 10 | 1 |
| Founding | 0 | 10,000 | Unlimited | 20 | 10,000 | 20 | 10 |
The Free plan does not include API access or custom domains. A second free store is inactive until it is upgraded. Phone verification is also required before accepting customer orders.
API
Settings → API creates and revokes API keys for the store.
- Select New API Key.
- Enter a name.
- Copy the generated key immediately. It is shown only once.
- Use the key in the
ApiKeyheader when calling the API. - Revoke keys you no longer need. Revocation is immediate and cannot be undone.
API keys are scoped to the store and bypass role checks, so treat them as full-access credentials. The API allows up to 100 requests per minute per key. Plan limits apply: the Free plan does not include API access.
The storefront needs one key, configured as API_KEY alongside
ORGANIZATION_SLUG.
Store deletion
Deleting a store permanently removes its data. Export anything you need first, and remember that financial records may need to be retained for accounting. Only the Owner can delete a store.
